How we work
Scoped. Coordinated. Documented.
Scope before you start
We review the space and the plan before pulling wire. Surprises mid-project cost time and money — a clear scope prevents both.
Coordinate with other trades
TI projects involve multiple contractors. We sequence our work to stay out of the way and keep the project moving.
Document the installation
Panel directories updated, circuits labeled, and as-built notes provided. The next electrician who opens that panel will know exactly what they are looking at.
Code-correct from the start
We install to current NEC standards — not to the minimum that will pass inspection. Code corrections after the fact cost more than doing it right the first time.
Service area
We serve commercial tenants, landlords, and general contractors throughout Orange County, CA — Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Fullerton, Orange, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, and surrounding cities.
